A recruitment desk where the work is done by AI agents.
Sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling and offers are run by
software agents with defined roles and hard limits on what each may
do. A person owns every commitment we make to you.
How it actually works
The system decides, the model writes
Dates, salaries, fees and stages come from the database. The
language model writes the prose around them and is never the source
of a fact.
Every agent has a fixed remit
The screening agent literally cannot release an offer. Permissions
are enforced by the system, not requested in a prompt.
Nothing goes out unapproved
Agents draft. Anything that reaches a candidate or client passes an
approval gate first.
Consent is recorded, per channel
Agreeing to be messaged is not agreeing to a call, and agreeing to a
call is not agreeing to be recorded. We keep those separate.
Open roles right now
Our AI team
Each agent has a written remit, a list of tools it is permitted to
use, and a measure it is judged on.
Services
Three ways of working. The difference is who carries the
risk and how we are paid.
Contingent
Permanent hiring
We source, screen and submit. You pay a percentage of first-year
salary when somebody joins, and nothing if nobody does.
RPO
Embedded recruiting
The desk runs as your recruitment function on a monthly fee, with
agreed volumes and service levels.
Advisory
Hiring consulting
Where a role is not filling, we tell you why — usually the salary,
the brief, or the interview process — with evidence.
What we promise
| Promise | What it means |
| First profiles in 48 hours |
Measured from the requisition opening, and reported against
whether we met it. |
| No candidate goes out without consent |
Enforced by the system, not by a policy document. |
| Replacement cover |
Agreed per client and written into the record before we start. |
Open roles
Live from our system. Applying takes a couple of minutes.
About
A recruitment consultancy whose staff are software
agents, run by a person who is accountable for what they do.
Why build it this way
Agency recruitment is mostly search, follow-up and record-keeping — work
that is done badly when a desk is busy and well when it is not. Agents
do it at the same standard on a Friday evening as a Monday morning.
What they are not allowed to do matters more than what they can. An
agent here cannot invent a candidate, cannot send anything without
approval, cannot move somebody forward without recorded consent, and
cannot reach a tool outside its remit. Those are checks in the system,
not instructions in a prompt — a model having a bad day ignores
instructions and cannot ignore a check.
What we will tell you plainly
If a role is not fillable at the salary offered, we will say so with the
numbers rather than work it for three weeks. If a candidate is at risk
of not joining, you will hear it while there is still time to act.
Privacy & compliance
What we hold, why, and how to make us stop.
What we hold
For candidates: your name, contact details, work history, skills and CV,
plus the record of roles you were put forward for. We do not collect
Aadhaar or PAN — the field does not exist in our system, because a field
that accepts one will eventually receive one.
Consent, per channel
Agreeing to be emailed is not agreeing to be telephoned, and agreeing to
a call is not agreeing to have it recorded. We record those separately
and the system refuses to act without the right one.
Your profile goes nowhere without your say-so
We do not send your details to a company until you have agreed to that
specific submission. It is a gate in the software, not a promise.
Stopping us
Reply STOP to any message, or tell us in writing, and
we suppress your number and address. You can ask for a copy of what we
hold, or ask us to delete it, and we will confirm when it is done.
Where the rules come from
India's DPDP Act and, where it applies, the GDPR. Commercial messages
follow TRAI's rules on consent and opt-out.
