About the role
Own diffusion and thin film process steps in a greenfield wafer fab. You will qualify recipes, hold the process window with SPC, and drive yield and defect reduction on your steps alongside equipment and integration engineering.
Responsibilities
Qualify and release recipes for furnace and deposition steps. Monitor SPC charts and act on excursions before they reach yield. Run DOEs to centre the process and widen the window. Lead 8D investigations on defect and uniformity excursions. Write and maintain the process specifications and SOPs.
