About the role
Keep etch and litho tools qualified and running in a greenfield fab. You will own installation and hook-up, preventive and corrective maintenance, and tool availability against uptime targets.
Responsibilities
Install, hook up and qualify new toolsets with the vendor. Own the preventive maintenance schedule and its execution. Diagnose and repair tool-down events to restore availability. Track MTBF and MTTR, and drive the top repeat offenders out. Work with process engineering on tool-related excursions.
