About the role
Own the flow end to end and the yield that comes out of it. You will connect inline defect data, parametric test and sort yield back to the module that caused the loss, and drive the fix across process and equipment teams.
Responsibilities
Own the integrated process flow and its change control. Analyse sort and parametric data to localise yield loss. Drive cross-module investigations to a root cause, not a theory. Qualify process changes through to production release. Report yield honestly, including what is not yet understood.
